Opting In- By providing your phone number and/or email address, you consent to receive transactional, promotional, or informational messages from Cielotech Systems.  - You confirm that you are the authorized user of the phone number or email address provided or have permission to use these communication channels.  

2. Message Frequency- SMS and email communication frequency may vary based on your preferences, activity, or subscription. We may send messages related to order updates, promotional offers, reminders, or system alerts.  

3. Cost- Cielotech Systems does not charge for sending SMS or emails; however, message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier or internet service provider. Please contact your carrier or provider for details on applicable charges.  

4. Opting Out- To stop receiving SMS messages, reply “STOP” to any message you receive from us. For email communications, click the “Unsubscribe” link in the footer of the email.  - Opting out of marketing messages will not affect transactional communications related to your account or services.  

5. Privacy- Your contact information will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy www.cielotechsystems.com/privacy . We will not share your phone number or email address with anyone except as necessary to deliver messages or as required by law.  

6. Message Delivery- Message delivery may be impacted by carrier restrictions, network limitations, or incorrect information. Cielotech Systems is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.  

7. Content Accuracy- Messages may contain information about products, services, or promotions. While we strive for accuracy, errors or outdated information may occur. Please verify any details through our official website.  

8. User Conduct- By opting in, you agree to refrain from using our SMS and email services for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.  - We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to these services if we suspect misuse.  

9. Changes to Terms- We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website or by notifying you via SMS or email.
